SecMOD: An Open-Source Modular Framework Combining Multi-Sector System Optimization and Life-Cycle Assessment

Optimization models can support decision-makers in the synthesis and operation of multi-sector energy systems. To identify optimal design a low-carbon system, we need to consider high temporal spatial variability electricity supply, sector coupling, environmental impacts over whole life cycle.
